Convert Project to Ticket
Hello,
One of our technicians mistakenly converted a ticket into a project request. We dont currently utilize the project system in TDX, so I am relatively unfamiliar with it. Is there a way for me to convert this back into a service request? I am referring to project request 429419.
Appreciate any help or guidance.

Hi Geneva,
Unfortunately we don't have a built-in conversion feature for turning projects into tickets. You could achieve it by turning the project into a ticket manually though.
