TDX API

It appears there is no API call to create a new ticketing application, correct?  Is that something that was ever suggested or thought about?

The reason I ask is that there are quite a few steps to get users/security roles/groups set up in a new application.  I was hoping to do this in iPaaS all under one flow, but it appears I cannot create a new application. We have most of our user/access control automated via scripts with the API and I plan on migrating this to iPaaS anyway.  Just wondering how much I cannot do in iPaaS.

Hi Jim,

That is correct, you cannot create or otherwise set up a ticketing application via API. You'd have to suggest this as an enhancement idea if you'd like to see it become possible in the future.
