People Import Error

Hello we are getting the following error when our People import runs for a specific user "Division - District 4" is not a valid choice for the "Acct/Dept" property" there are many other employees with the same exact information in Active Directory that are importing just fine. We have triple checked to make sure the spelling on everything is correct and made sure that there are no spaces in there or any other difference from some of this users coworkers and we still can not get her to import. I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction on how to resolve this.
