Department field on form is not editable for certain users. Is this by design? If so, can it be changed?
We have a need for someone in HR to submit an access request form for other employees. This includes choosing the dept for which the employee is in. I have set the Acct/Dept attribute to be "Editable and Required" on the form. However, when someone from HR tries to complete the form it will only allow them to select "Human Resources" as the department. Is there a way to change this?

Hello Jake,
This likely has to do with the security role permission to "view all accts/depts". I'm guessing the HR folks do not have this permission. You could try granting that to their security role (hopefully only they have this security role in question, otherwise you'd also be granting it to everyone else with the same security role).
They will need to sign out and sign back in to TDX if you change their security role permissions.
