User History
Is there a way to see what updates were made to a user's record? I notice that a tech was changed this afternoon, but I didn't make that change.

Hello Sheila,
There isn't a way for your administrators to view what changes were made to a user's record currently. We might be able to retrieve some information on a user's record if the change was made recently, though I'd need to know which user was affected specifically and the exact date that the change was made.
You likely should submit this as a support ticket though so it isn't visible to this public forum's members.
