Email Monitor

Good morning, I have a quick question and was wondering if you all could take a look at something for us. We have an email monitor setup (support@dot.nm.gov) and up until a few days ago when someone would send an email to that address it would generate a ticket within our system. Now the emails are coming into that inbox but tickets are not being generated. I was wondering if you all could take a look at it and see if anything has changed on the back end since nobody here has made any changes that we are aware of.

Hi Ryan,

When you click the Save button on that monitor's configuration page, does it stay active or does it error out?

Ryan,

This happened to us a few weeks ago. Our authentication secret from Azure had expired so we had to create a new one. We also had to create a new auth account using OAuth2.0 without IMAP.
