IPaaS Administrator Cannot See Applications

Hello, I have a new IPaaS user who is a system administrator with full rights, including all application rights.  However, they only see a limited number of existing applications.  I followed the KB  Creating and Managing Applications, but there is no "Share with Others" option  I have also added them in the Endpoint Security with no luck (didn't expect this to help)

What might be causing their ability to view applications?

Hello Tevis,

Where specifically is that user clicking to get to the applications for your organization?

Are they doing it under the "Administration" section of your iPaaS environment?

Hi Mark, you can close this out. I was working with Matt the other day on an IPaaS issue, and he changed the owner of the application, which then disabled the share button for me. Once I changed ownership back to me, I could share the application.
