Is TeamDynamix compatible with Apache Kafka for incident creation? I don't see it as a native connector.

I don't see that Apache one there currently, so you'd have to ask for it using this service here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=43699
