Ticket Task ID

Is it possible to display the ticket task ID when viewing the parent ticket in TDNext? I see the ticket task listed under Current Activities but it does not show the ticket task ID.

The answer unfortunately would be the same. That box doesn't currently show the ID of any active tasks. The Tasks/Activities tab of the ticket doesn't show the IDs either. - Mark Sayers Fri 6/28/24 1:11 PM

Hi Jason,

Are you referring to the client portal view of a ticket? If yes, It is not possible currently to display that ID when viewing the main ticket.
