Ticket Task Responsible

We have a task in a workflow assignment configured as:


Responsible Role

Responsible
Fallback for Responsible Role
TDx-ITSS-Print-Support (Group)
 
When the ticket is reassigned, the Ticket Task assignment is not changing to the new responsible group.

Is the ticket reassignment happening *after* the task is already activated/reached in the workflow?

The task isn't going to dynamically reassign itself just because the ticket was reassigned after the task became active. It was never designed to work that way. Someone would have to manually reassign the task if that becomes necessary due to the ticket's responsible value changing. - Mark Sayers Thu 6/27/24 3:50 PM
