How to sort ticket reports by Create date?
Is there a way to sort ticket reports so that they show the oldest tickets first?
I thought I recalled from training that leaving the Sort By field blank would sort by create date. But leaving it blank and then choosing Ascending or Descending doesn't seem to change the sort order in regards to the create date.

Wouldn't sorting by ID work?
