Visibility of Workflow Step for Requester in Client Portal

Hi TeamDynamix,

Is it possible to  control the visibility of current workflow steps for ticket requester?

Or, is the system designed such that they always see the name of workflow step, when viewing their ticket from the client portal app.

The client can always see the name of the current workflow step when viewing their ticket from the client portal currently.
