adding Knowledge Base articles
Good afternoon, I was wondering if you could tell me how to allow our technicians to be able to add knowledge base articles directly from the ticket they are currently working on. I can do it with my Admin account but normal technician licenses do not have the ability to "create new" articles. I checked the global security roles section in TDAdmin but unfortunately, there is no knowledge base permissions to edit for any role or user.

Hello Ryan,
A user needs to have TDNext access along with access to view the KB and create KB articles. The latter two permissions are governed by their security role for the client portal specifically.
