TDX Logo?

Hello, if I wanted to add the new TDX Icon to a service offering page, how would I access the image link?  I have seen some examples of URLs that reference such a link, but I am having a hard time getting it to work properly.

Thanks, Tevis

Hi Tevis,

Are you just needing to obtain the logo? We have a repository here: https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=158648

Thanks Mark, but this will not do what I need it to do. I was hoping be able to give a direct link to the image so I can added dynamically. I have seen Corrine do this in IPaaS with a statement such as <img src="https://tdx.msu.edu/TDPortal/BE/Logo/2/0"> but haven't been able get this to work in our instance.

It's not a big deal, and you can close this out.

Do you want *our* logo from this environment? Or your own logo?

It should be something like : https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDPortal/BE/Logo/91/0

Right click on your portal logo in the CP and inspect element, then look for the image source URL.

One solution is to have a non-public page in your KB on which you insert images you need.

The images are not protected regardless of the KB article permission (there have been discussions about this), so you can use their direct url to reference them.

We have a KB article specifically holding images we use in email notifications for example.
