Emails from notify@teamdynamixapp.com

Hello,

Several of our technicians have complained about the number of emails they are receiving from TDX.  They report they consistently get 2 emails about the same ticket and one of them forwarded me the 2 emails below as samples.

The first message is from when our office manager assigned the ticket to the "Network Services Group".  We have the check box to notify the new responsible party when it changes.

But I'm unsure why or where the second one got sent from?  Also, its being sent from "Notify@teamdyamixapp.com".  We've received messages from that sender before, but only when our email server was getting overloaded or we were having some type of problem.

I've looked in the ticket feed and don't see a record of the second email.  Can you help to find out why the second message is being sent?
