Viewing Ticket Tasks from Client Portal

Is there a way to make ticket tasks viewable from the Client Portal? We are using ticket tasks pretty heavily and our clients would like to be able to track the progress of those from the client portal, as a way to monitor the overall progress of the master ticket.

Hello Kathy,

Unfortunately no, ticket tasks are designed to only be interacted with by persons who have TDnext + access to the ticketing application in question. A client-only user cannot see them or respond to them unless a Public post is created for its feed, which will in turn show up on the ticket's Feed.
