Report of Approvals in Workflow Approval Step

Hello, and happy Monday!

I was wondering if there is a way to get a report of approval statuses for a specific Workflow Approval Step?  We are trying to find out if these requests are always getting approved, and maybe we could remove the approval step entirely, but I need to check to make sure there were not any that were denied previously.

Hi Matt,

Unfortunately there isn't a report showing you the outcome of certain workflow steps. The custom Ticket report can show you which workflow step(s) are currently active, and a Ticket Task report can show you completed tasks if you filtered it that way, but you wouldn't be able to see the comments for those task completions nor can you see the outcome of an approval step in Ticket reports.
