Ticket TIme Creation Report

Is it possible to create a ticket report that shows how many tickets are created an  hour?

Yes, you would have to have just the Ticket Count and Created (aggregated to the "Hour" option) columns on your report, then filter it for the day(s) in question so you see only results for your desired days.
