lssue with user sign in

We recently hired a student that just graduated from our school. His student account in Team Dynamix appears to have been merged with his newly created employee account, and he cannot access TDNext. We have ensured that the has the same access role as the rest of the department and is in the necessary AD groups to have access, however he receives the error shown in the screenshot each time he attempts to sign in. How can we remedy this?

Hello Ryan,

Did you validate that the username on his account is a match for the EPPN username value your SSO system is sending during his authentication attempts?
