Signature
Is there a signature tag for response templates? I set up a signature, but picked a response template my signature goes away.

Hi Alison,
Yes, if you go to TDAdmin > Applications > Ticket App > Response Templates > Select Template, there should be a tag called TechnicianSignature in the Insert Template Tag drop down menu.
