POST API Permission Setting

Hi,

Looking at this log entry https://support.einsteinmed.edu/TDAdmin/ec907a1c-a5b8-423a-b989-b2165ed67fdf/2739/WebServiceLogs/Details/2082296, there is a permission issue doing a POST to a new application.  Can you refresh my memory on where that setting is?

Hello Sheila,

Did you make sure that the TDX account your web service method's Authentication Account is using does have access to the new application?

Generally a permission issue has to do with that TDX account for the auth account not having been granted app access.

Hi Mark,

Yes, that's the question: Where do I find that?

You can find the Auth Account (so you are able to open it and see which TDX account it is using) in your ticket app's Admin interface, go to the Workflow Web Services > Web Service Auth Accounts page. Open it and look for the TDX username. Then in TDAdmin > Users & Roles > Users, you can look that username up and open the account to see if it was granted access to the ticket app in question. - Mark Sayers Wed 5/8/24 9:35 AM
