How do I use HTML in the Description for a ticket created in iPaaS
I want to create a Ticket from an iPaaS flow, and would like to format the Description field with HTML, but it doesn't seem to recognize the tags. It instead just display them as text.

Hello Will,
There's a ticket property you can set to "True" called "IsRichHTML" when you are creating your ticket. Do you see that in your connector?

The label (i.e., what you’ll see) for it is “HTML Description” in the connector step. It’s on the standard tickets connector.
