Calendar Applications and Time Off Entries

Is there anyway to prevent time off entries from showing on the calendar application? Or limit who can see the entries? Concerns have been raised about every TDNext user being able to see all of the time off entries recorded. Since there are not any visible configuration options for the calendar, I assume we cannot disable it, which would be the simple solution since it's not being used.

Hello Corrine,

There is a security role permission for the Calendar app in your main-level security roles that controls whether you can see time off entries for other persons.
