Process to pull data from project requests.

I am looking to gather the following data from ALL the project requests we have had submitted from the start of TDX use.

Number of project requests in total to include those withdrawn, cancelled or converted to a project.
Date the project request was originally created. Need the creation dates for the project requests that have been converted to projects.

Trying to extrapolate from the above data at what time during the year we get the majority of the project requests.

Hi Mark,

Have you tried creating a Project Requests report in TNext > Analysis > +New > Report > Project Request Report? You should be able to add the "Created" column there and increase the maximum rows to 50000, then click Save and Run.

I believe the closest you'd get to that would be through using the "Projects and Requests" report source if you want to look at both Projects and Project Requests. You should be able to add the Created Date to that report source but if a request graduated to a project, no longer will request creation date show. Rather the date in which the conversion to a project will show. There is a "Submitted Date" column that you'd also need to add to show the date that the Project Request was submitted. - Brittany Renn Thu 4/25/24 5:02 PM

The key pieces of data we are looking for are:

Total number of requests received at any point.
The date the request was created.

I can pull a report with the current requests and the date created but I am in need of the request information on the requests that became projects.
