Can you batch edit ticket classifications?

Greetings,

I was wondering if there is a way to batch edit ticket classifications? we imported some tickets using the import tool, but we imported them with the incident classification instead of service request. I created an automation rule to apply the workflow to automatically promote any tickets classified as incidents to service request, but i then read that automation rules dont apply to imported tickets. 

Help!

Hello Larissa,

Unfortunately there is not a mass edit endpoint for tickets to change their classifications, nor is there a UI option for this currently.
