Web Service Method 404 Error

Hi, I am trying to create an outage window/category in our knowledge base by following the instructions in this guide. ( ID: 157806)

I have completed everything up unto the point at which you test the service method for the first time (Step 17).  Every time I test the method, I get a 404 not found error, and the recommendation to check the syntax of my routing parameters. 

I cannot seem to find where I have gone wrong. My request URL is: https://utulsa.teamdynamix.com/SBTDWebApi/api/{2588}/knowledgebase/{150377}

My in progress Web Service Method ID is : 3462

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Geneva,

Start by taking the { and } out of your URL. They should not be there anymore once you put the actual IDs of the application and KB in.

See if that makes any difference.
