My Assigned tickets
Hi,
Is there a limit on the number of tickets showing in 'My Assigned Tickets' ? If there is any limit, what is it and Can we increase it?

Hello Navjot,
Are you referring to a desktop module in your TDNext desktop?
There should be no limit to what can appear in that module. If you have multiple tickets, it will simply add more pages of data to reflect all of the linked tickets.

Yes, I am referring to TDNext Desktop, it only shows 15 tickets and doesnot add a page, as I have 20 tickets assigned to me. See screenshot for reference.

If users are permitted to edit their desktop (which that user does not appear to be allowed to do so because it is a linked desktop?) they can edit that module to choose between options ranging from the 10-100 most recently assigned tickets they are responsible for. Since they can't edit the module, it defaults to 15.
