KB Suggestions

Is there a way when a client is submitting a ticket for a specific service for the system to "suggest" KB articles that might solve the issue?

Hello Navjot,

Currently there are no features in the client portal service catalog system that would suggest KBs while someone is submitting tickets (or at any other time).
