Webservice Account Credentials

Hi,

In testing https://support.einsteinmed.edu/TDAdmin/EC907A1C-A5B8-423A-B989-B2165ED67FDF/2739/WebServiceMethods/Index/#/4299/edit, I get a message that I don't have access to the account.

Does that refer to https://support.einsteinmed.edu/TDAdmin/ec907a1c-a5b8-423a-b989-b2165ed67fdf/2739/WebServiceAccounts/Details/4838?purposeID=1?  It says I created the account and the password is there.  It works for the other webservices.  

I also tried using the entire string with the correct {id}:  https://support.einsteinmed.edu/TDWebApi/api/3452/tickets/25080721/application, but that gave me a different error:  The content could not be found.
