Modify/Update Only Certain Assets in Asset/CI Application

Is there a role configuration in the Asset/CI app that will allow technicians to only update certain assets (e.g. only assets for their own Dept/Account)? It looks like once you have update capability, it is for all assets in the application unless I'm missing something.

Hello Bret,

You are correct that once you have the Update capability, you can then update any asset in the asset app that you have access to. There isn't a way unfortunately to restrict that ability as is being asked about.
