How do you assign a task to a ticket form?

How do you assign a task to a ticket form? I opened my ticket form and the client portal settings for the form but there isn't a place to attach a task by default.

Hi Darryl, 

You'd have to either build a workflow with task steps and assign that workflow to tickets created with this form using an automation rule, or build a task template and have an automation rule assign that task template to all tickets created using that form.
