Salesforce Integration
Hello all!,
I was told to look into some kind of intergration between TDX and Salesforce. Can someone please tell me what is capable if this integration exist?

Hello Michael,
The only integration I am aware of would be through the iPaaS connector, which requires having access to iPaaS to use the Salesforce connector.
It would use the APIs of Salesforce to support whatever API actions they allow, however I do not believe you currently have Salesforce access. Would you like me to refer you to your CSX representative to discuss the costs involved with purchasing the iPaaS portion of our product?

iPaaS is something I am interested in exploring. I have already reached out to Gail with questions. However, I would like to know if it will truly be a solution for us. I was asked to look into Salesforce and the capabilities with the integration with TDX...nothing specific. I will ask for something more detailed. I also submitted a detailed question regarding DocuSign that we are looking for a solution (performance reviews). I got a good response saying the integration could achieve what I asked.
