CC emails

Is there a way to see who is CCed on an email when a ticket is created?

Hi Abby, 

If your ticket app has the setting enabled to "Add Contacts from additional email recipients," then you'd be able to see any users in the cc field listed as contacts on the ticket. Otherwise, I believe you'd need to look at the email itself to see who was cc'd.
