Can you create a none recurring scheduled ticket?
I tested the scheduled ticket option but there is no end date option, seems like there is no option in TDX to do this?

Hi Melissa,
Unfortunately, there is not currently a one time schedule option for scheduled tickets. I would suggest submitting this as an Enhancement Request.

I would also like to do exactly what Melissa asked. I have submitted an enhancement request. This is one thing that has always been an issue - periodically we are asked to provide temporary user access to a system, but do not want to leave the original ticket open. We would like to trigger a new ticket for removal of that temporary access. It would be helpful to be able to schedule a ticket creation for one off situations like this.
