Do Service Pages Support Bootstrap Grid CSS?

KB articles and HTML modules support Bootstrap and Bootstrap Grid, but it doesn't appear that the services pages do.  Is this correct?

Thanks, Tevis

Hello Tevis,

I was under the impression that KB pages and Service pages both support the same level of Bootstrap capabilities.

At most, you might have to add whatever tags are necessary to your rich content allowlists in TDadmin > Organization Settings to ensure they are being permitted, but if a KB supports it for you without doing it, then entering the same source code into a Long Description of a Service should also be supported.

Mark thanks for the quick response. Would I then need to list all the Bootstrap CSS styles that I want to use? We don't have this set, but our KB articles can use the Bootstrap styles, - Tevis Boulware Wed 2/28/24 5:15 PM
What I am looking to do is provide Bootstrap Grid styles, or equivalent. The setting pages doesn't allow for inclusion of styles, so it appears that I have to build out the styles piece by piece? - Tevis Boulware Wed 2/28/24 5:28 PM
The "issue" is that the build Responsive Table isn't totally responsive and I need a 100% responsive layout. - Tevis Boulware Wed 2/28/24 5:31 PM
I did figure this out. I had to add the specific CSS properties I needed, then "manually" set the styles in the page elements to get the responsive effect I was looking for. - Tevis Boulware Wed 2/28/24 5:54 PM
