Using Web Services to Create a New Ticket

I have created several web services that spawn off new tickets during the execution of a workflow.  My question is how do I pass off the Responsible to the newly created tickets?  

I've used Responsibility, Prim UserID, Last Assign, etc. in the Parameter field but the resultant ticket comes out unassigned.

Please advise.

Hi Tia, 

You should be able to include the ResponsibleUid property in the request body of your call and then for the value, be sure you're sening the UID of the user you want to make responsible.

If that doesn't seem to be working for you, you may want to submit this as a support ticket instead so we can review the full body of the call.
