New Web Service method not appearing in workflow step pull down

Hello,

I created a web service method to put a ticket on hold called "Put Ticket On Hold".  When I add it to the Web Service step in the workflow, it doesn't appear in the list of available methods.

I copied this method from one called "Close Ticket Method" that closes a ticket.  From what I can see, they are exactly the same except the Hold uses the hold value parameter in the body of the call.  The workflow is active and works when I test it.

The "Close Ticket Method" ~does~ appear in the pull down.

I'm working in our live environment and the workflow information is:   #15223227: Pupil Services Referrals

I feel like I might be missing something simple, but I can't seem to see what it is.

Can you provide any guidance?

Thank you so much for your help.

-Jim

Ah, what a dork.

There's a limited number of choices in the pull down.  But you can type in the name of the method you're looking for.

Didn't see that until just now.

I'm all set.  Sorry to bother you.

Yes, unfortunately it is not a full list of all methods available, it's only 5 or so, then you have to begin typing the name of the method you want to choose. - Mark Sayers Mon 2/19/24 1:48 PM
