Asset Discovery Windows Agent
We are having issues getting our asset discovery scanner to pick up assets across multiple VLNs. We are using the Agent protocol. We know the agent and scanner are working because they are pulling in assets on one VLN. My network manager is needing to know if there are specific ports that need opened other than the 1443 that was used during the setup of the agent scanner.

Hello Kathy,
I don't *know* that other ports need to be opened, but your devices with the Agent installed *do* need to be able to communicate with the IP address/network of the machine that the scanner tool is installed on. Have you confirmed that they can all ping/communicate with that machine directly?
