Value for 'Assigned To' in Current Workflow Step view
Hello,
Within the Current Workflow Step view, the 'Assigned To' will show 'Requestor's Manager', etc., or if it's a custom attribute, something like 'Custom Attribute - Name of employee'.
Is there a way for the 'Assigned To' text to instead show the value - e.g. 'Jane Doe'?

Hi Tanner,
If you have the Responsibility on a workflow step ste to "Assign to a role" instead of "Assign to a specific resource," then the step itself will only show the role in which the step is assigned to since that can be a different user for every ticket.
If you'd rather have the step assigned to a specific person each time then you may want to choose "Assign to a specific resource" instead and then select a specific user in the Responsible field.
