Forecast vs. Actual Project Budget Reporting
Is there a report available for reporting on project budgets forecast vs. actuals? I can see where in "Projects" the PM can input expense forecasts, but we want to compare the forecast to the actual expenses on a month-by-month basis.

Hello Kim,
The Initial Budget column in a Project Report gives you "The Total Budget that was entered when the project was created or the sum of the role and expense forecasts when the project was staffed", but I'm not sure that is the same as what you're asking for. There isn't strictly speaking a way to otherwise report on what you are asking for besides that column.
