Unable to add new locations

Hello, I've double-checked to make sure that I am an administrator of our TDX Environment as well as the appropriate Asset app, but I can't seem to add locations to our environment. Is there something I'm missing? In the admin center -Organization Settings -> Locations, there is no +New button. 

Similarly there is no option to add a new location from TDNext -> Asset Application -> Locations -> + New

I've verified that my security role has the appropriate permission of "Create and modify the list of locations and their rooms"

I'm at a bit of a loss as to why the option to add a new location is not available - I have done it in the past (though not recently) without issue, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
