Information Deleted from Sandbox

Hello we recently created a process for change management in our Sandbox environment, which consisted of a new category and form and new attributes as well as a workflow and an automation rule to direct that ticket to the correct group. We tested it out a few times to make sure it was working and everything was perfect. Today when I went to check on it and use it to import in to production, there is no trace that it ever existed. Everything in regard to it including the workflow the automation rule the group, and the service is completely gone. It is not in deleted services. Its like it never existed. I was wondering if you could shed some light on what happened or hopefully help me recover that.

Hello Ryan,

Every calendar quarter, all SaaS Sandbox tenants have their data refreshed 100% from production. When this happens, all previous Sandbox content no longer exists and is not restore-able, unfortunately.
