Do you actually *have* any tickets where any of those attributes have a value saved into them?
I'd expect you would also want to use the Ticket Count column too so you can get a count of how many values in each attribute are saved on tickets.

No, I'm still building all the forms and templates, etc. Each attribute does have a checkbox list, however. I'd like to be able to export the list each quarter for the managers to review before assigning a task to senior management. Ii don't want the managers messing around with attribute values themselves, just read the report and let me know of changes. - Sheila McBride Tue 1/16/24 12:41 PM
