Technician Dashboard

I am following the KB artcile about Designing a Ticket Dashboard (https://solutions.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1965/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=156092).

When I try to add the Calendar feed to the desktop it either doesn't show anything or it shows in a list view rather than a Calendar view.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I found my issue.

I went to "View My Calendar Feeds" under the settings tab of My Profile and used the Backing Search/Report link associated with the view I wanted.  And entered that into the iframe of the HTML Module.  Now I can see the calendar in my desktop.
