Values in "contains" field
Hi,
I'm building automation rules to pick up key words from a description field. How must the sought-after values be formatted?
Right now, I have them listed with commas, but the rule is not catching them.
I think you're going to say I need to create a series of entries with OR for advanced, but I hope not.

You have to list each word/phrase in its own filter row, and add new rows for "Description - Contains - term here" for all possibilities.
Then you probaby have to use the Advanced Filtering to say "1 OR 2 OR 3 etc" for however many possible filters you add for the Description plus any other filters you use on that rule.
