Notification to Knowledge Base article approvers
Is there a way to set up a notification to the knowledge bases approvers that an article is waiting to be approved?

Hi Jeff,
It doesn't trigger anything currently when you save an article as submitted for review, nor is there a way to force that action to produce a notification, unfortunately.
You *can* create KB reports that look for articles in that state for the folks who will be your KB article approvers, and maybe deliver that to them multiple times a day if there are any report results.
