Ticket Age Reporting

Via reports is there a way to collect data on the number of tickets that get resolved within the first 24 hours vs. tickets that take longer?

Hi James, 

Yes, you should be able to create a ticket report with the "Create to Init Resolve" column and sort by that column. You could also add a filter for "Create to Init Resolve is less than or equal to 24" if you only want to focus on tickets that were resolved within 24 hours.
