Exclude tickets closed by workflow from survey requests?
Good evening,
We are wondering if it is possible to exclude tickets that have been closed by a workflow from receiving a survey request. We have workflows that transfer tickets from TDX to other platforms, and would like to know if surveys could not to be sent in those scenarios.

Hello Brian,
The survey filters for tickets to apply to do not allow for a way to only apply to tickets that are closed out manually. The only way I can see this being possible (outside of using a custom attribute) is if you create a status for "Closed by workflow" and set your survey filters to exclude tickets in that status.
