Ticket Source values
Where can one edit and add to the available values for ticket Source? We want to set it to "Imported" for some tickets we are bringing in.

Hi Jon,
You should be able to edit/add ticket sources in TDAdmin > Applications > Ticket App > Shared Ticket Settings > Sources.
