Access to move tickets between ticketing apps

Where can I find information on how to setup access for someone to move tickets between multiple ticketing apps?

Hello Alex,

The user must either have access to both application, or the app must allow (in its TDAdmin Settings area) tickets to be moved to it by users without having access.

Further, the user must in the origin ticket app have the ticketing security role permission for "The user will be able to move tickets to other ticketing applications".
